He obtained a PhD in Political Studies (First-Class Honors) from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies, Cairo, in 2017. His doctoral dissertation, titled “The Impact of the Arab Spring Revolutions on Secessionist Tendencies,” was supervised by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Safi El-Din Kharboush.


He also earned a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Damascus in 2010 (Very Good distinction). His thesis, “International Competition in the Arab Mashreq after the End of the Cold War,” was supervised by Prof. Dr. Khaled Al-Masri and Prof. Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Mansour.

He served as Dean of the Faculty of Political Science, and Head of the MA Programs in International Relations and Intelligence & National Security at the College of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Zaytoonah International University, from 15 September 2024 to 10 April 2025.


He worked as an Assistant Professor of International Relations at the Faculty of Political Science, Zaytoonah International University.


He has been serving as an Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Relations at Sham Global University since November 2024, and as an Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Idlib since April 2025.


He supervises Master’s theses at both Sham Global University and the University of Idlib.

He is an active trainer in international relations, political development, and applied research, collaborating with numerous governmental entities, most notably the Ministries of Foreign Affairs in Mauritania and Palestine.


He has also served as a peer reviewer for several academic research projects across multiple Arab universities.


He has worked with several Arab research institutions, including Al-Mazmaah Center (Dubai) and Future of the East Center (London).


He has also collaborated with institutions such as       Al-Mesbar Studies and Research Center, Al-Mazamat Center (UAE), Al-Watan Saudi Newspaper, and Manaa Center for Strategic Studies (Mauritania).


Between 2022–2024, he founded The Consulting Office for Middle East Affairs.
